This year, The Drexel joins the celebration of Miami Spice with a culinary experience that blends the richness of Mediterranean cuisine with the vibrant energy of Miami Beach. Located on the iconic Española Way, the restaurant invites both locals and visitors to enjoy a unique dining journey from August 1 through September 30. Every evening, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m., guests can indulge in a thoughtfully crafted three-course dinner menu for just $60 per person. 

The evening begins with a selection of fresh, colorful starters that capture the essence of Mediterranean flavors. Guests can choose from a green salad with pan gratta, orange, and sage vinaigrette; heirloom tomato with avocado, hearts of palm, and Kalamata olives; or a more elevated option—grilled octopus served with lemon potatoes and olive tapenade. 

For the main course, The Drexel offers three distinct dishes that strike the perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. Options include whole branzino with salmoriglio and lemon, flat-iron organic chicken seasoned with espelette and topped with maître d’ butter, or a classic Margherita pizza made with fior di latte, fresh tomato, and basil. Each dish reflects the restaurant’s signature focus on wood-fired cooking and the use of organic, high-quality ingredients. 

The meal concludes on a sweet note with a choice of two decadent desserts: a delicate strawberry Pavlova or a rich, indulgent chocolate soufflé. Both options provide the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening and embody the warmth and creativity that The Drexel brings to every dish.
